SHOWROOM MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening, closing and ensuring a clean and organized space.
  • Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide tailored solutions.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize appeal and drive sales.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on showroom performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, inventory and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a showroom or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
