SHOWROOM MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening, closing and ensuring a clean and organized space.
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize appeal and drive sales.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on showroom performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, inventory and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally in a showroom or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
