SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the product range, features and benefits.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean and organized at all times.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and handle payment transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using internal systems.
• Assist with stock checks, displays and promotional setups.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall showroom goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or showroom sales is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
