A highly motivated Hotel and Resort Sales Professional with extensive related experience in luxury FIT and Wholesale? Wishing to join a team of professionals and support the Cluster Director of Sales in selling Rooms, F&B, and functions? Excited to travel extensively to meet existing and newly developed accounts, to educate, motivate and establish close relationships through your excellent communication and social skills? Have you worked in the Maldives or other luxury island destinations and are familiar with the challenges included? Are you detailed and well organized, preparing reports, market analysis, and strategies to achieve your individual targets?
Candidate Qualification
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- Extensive sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment.
- Working experience in the Maldives or other luxury island destinations is a big advantage. Wholesale and Leisure Sales experience is essential.
- Be able to communicate in Chinese language.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Result-Oriented. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
- Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
