Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with current and prospective members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, support, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align membership strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Organize and promote membership events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new ways to deliver value to members.
  • Generate regular reports on membership activities, growth trends, and engagement analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in membership management, public relations, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence in engaging with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, social media, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and creative approach to building engagement.
  • A passion for developing industry networks and communities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications or training in PR, communications, or membership development.
