JOB PROFILE

  • Prepare high-quality meals for guests (local and international cuisine).
  • Plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure food safety standards.
  • Oversee housekeeping and general villa maintenance.
  • Coordinate staff and manage guest check-ins/check-outs.
  • Ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

PEOPLE PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years experience in culinary roles (preferably Demi Chef or above).
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to manage villa operations independently.
  • Good communication and people management skills.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and flexible.
