JOB PROFILE
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests (local and international cuisine).
- Plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure food safety standards.
- Oversee housekeeping and general villa maintenance.
- Coordinate staff and manage guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
PEOPLE PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years experience in culinary roles (preferably Demi Chef or above).
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to manage villa operations independently.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Trustworthy, organized, and flexible.
