ACCOUNTANT/ ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Reflect Interiors (Pvt) Ltd, A leading custom design and furniture manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, is expanding its business and is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to drive its growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A qualification equivalent to Accounting and Finance Degree or Diploma
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Ability to prepare various financial reports according to the management requirement of business
- Ability to work independently and meet internal deadlines
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Minimum 03 years work experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance
- Strong skill on attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit tax returns
- Monitor and manage the company's financial transactions and accounts
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Controlling company Cashflow
- Managing company payment collections
- Supplier coordination
