FIELD SALES MANAGER

Who we are looking for?

  • Identify and engage qualified dealers/distributors in priority regions to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with dealers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through joint business planning and regional marketing support.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for dealers and their sales teams on product knowledge, sales strategies, and operational best practices.
  • Collect and report insights on competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer preferences, and regional market trends.
  • Track and evaluate dealer performance, address underperformance, and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and market feedback; submit timely weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
  • Ability to work under SFA system.

He should have

  • Sound knowledge in FMCG or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or dealer management in FMCG market.
  • Strong understanding of field sales dynamics and distribution models.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Island.
  • Remuneration package is negotiable.
