“Quantity Surveyor”
Qualifications
- BSc Degree with 3+ Years experience in Quantity Surveying in a reputed Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering Company.
- Experience in tendering for projects preferably in Electrical or Civil engineering preferred.
Statement of work and Requirement
- Knowledge in tendering and procurement essential.
- Contract administration required.
- Prepare & verify all necessary data required for tender submission, including technical and financial information assistance with relevant departments.
- Addressing bid conditions inquiries and overseeing the preparation of the tender.
- Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
- Managing contractual claims and due diligence with client representatives.
- Cost planning, monitoring and control of all projects.
- Analyzing Profit and loss among ongoing projects & preparation of cost reports.
Working Hours
8.30 a.m to 5.00 p.m (Late work occasionally required)
