CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (IQSSL)
- Bachelor’s degree (full time) in Quantity Surveying from a university
- Better sound knowledge of Construction, over Ten (10) years’ experience in a Construction Company
- Excellent negotiating skills and great network ability
- Strong Communication skills in both Sinhala & English
- Hands on experience in ERP/SAP systems & MS Office package is a must
- Enthusiastic team player ability to work with tight deadlines
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university
- Minimum Five (05) years’ experience in building construction projects
- Hands on experience in handling Interim Payment Applications, Sub Contract Payments, Cost monitoring etc
- Hands-on experience in Auto CAD & MS Office is a must
