General Manager
Profile:
We are looking for a go-getter who can drive performance, lead teams, and efficiently manage the entire business operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations and business activities of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Set operational goals, manage budgets, and optimize expenses.
- Prepare regular performance and financial reports for senior management.
- Drive sales growth and ensure operational excellence company-wide.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant professional qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role (preferably in sales or commercial operations).
- Experience in Zinc-Aluminium Roofing/Cladding or Steel Building Construction will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A candidate with strong leadership and decision-making skills, coupled with excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
