Sous Chef
We are in search for energetic individuals for our reputed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar field from a reputed institution is required.
- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in a high-end culinary environment, in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Proven ability to assist in menu planning and execution.
- Experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
