Sous Chef

We are in search for energetic individuals for our reputed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar field from a reputed institution is required.
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in a high-end culinary environment, in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Proven ability to assist in menu planning and execution.
  • Experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
