You will lead and mentor the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and oversee budget management to optimize costs without compromising quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with management on special events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution, while upholding health and safety regulations, and fostering a clean and organized kitchen environment.
