Administration Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee general admin tasks, including facility maintenance and security.
- Manage renewal of facility certifications to ensure compliance.
- Maintain stationery inventory and place orders when needed.
- Organize and file important company documents.
- Handle procurement, including supplier evaluations and purchases.
- Coordinate invoice processing and payment accuracy.
- Prepare monthly utility and operations reports.
- Organize in-house events, team-building, and training sessions.
- Drive process improvements for better admin efficiency.
- Support management with presentations and special projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full or partial qualification in Business administration would be desirable.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with an ERP system.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
