Project Manager
We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. The role involves coordinating teams, managing risks, and delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project and release plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders/external developers.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Report updates to management and ensure quality deliverables.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain final approvals.
- Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain team motivation and mentor project team.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT project management.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Google.
- Expertise in planning, tracking, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 2 years in project management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
