Project Manager

We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. The role involves coordinating teams, managing risks, and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project and release plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders/external developers.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Report updates to management and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain final approvals.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain team motivation and mentor project team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in IT project management.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Google.
  • Expertise in planning, tracking, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
  • Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
