Trainee Sales Admin

The Trainee Sales Administrator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating customer records, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales operations and customer support, helping the individual build a strong foundation for a career in sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and customer correspondence.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the sales database.

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCE A/L or equivalent qualification; diploma in business or related field is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
