BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
(FULL TIME)
- Identify and approach potential clients (cold calls, referrals, events, LinkedIn).
- Establish and leverage industry relationships to identify and convert leads into profitable design projects.
- Drive revenue growth by supporting proposals, negotiating, and meticulously tracking sales metrics.
- 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
- Interior/design/construction industry experience is a big plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
