BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

(FULL TIME)

  • Identify and approach potential clients (cold calls, referrals, events, LinkedIn).
  • Establish and leverage industry relationships to identify and convert leads into profitable design projects.
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting proposals, negotiating, and meticulously tracking sales metrics.
  • 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Interior/design/construction industry experience is a big plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
