Groundworth Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing – Real Estate to lead our marketing efforts and drive the company’s growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to manage the entire marketing function of the company and play a key role in building our brand presence.

Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company to enhance brand visibility and drive property sales.
  • Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
  • Handle social media marketing, content creation, and regular updates across all digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media to develop high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage the company website, ensuring up-to-date property listings, blogs, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Organize and lead property exhibitions, client meetings, site visits, and other promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze real estate trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports, performance reviews, and budget tracking.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee lead generation, conversion tracking, and continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and branding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills.

Negotiable based on Experience

Reporting to: Director and opportunities to work on high-impact real estate and investment projects.

Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
