W.Punchibanda & Company (Pvt) Ltd is involved in importation, wholesale and retail sale of Tiles, Bathware and Accessories. With the growing presence in Sri Lanka we are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Branch Executive.

BRANCH EXECUTIVE

Location

Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train & motivate the team to achieve/surpass sales targets
• Develop marketing plans and implement strategies to boost sales
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Enhance customer satisfaction through service improvements and oversee sales operations

Key Requirements

• Age 25-45
• Proven experience in sales and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
