We now wish to recruit a high calibre individuals to join Sri Lanka's leading international brand for the following position.

Product Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Product Development Executive to support the end-to-end process of launching new products. This role involves close coordination with Production, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate item creation and product coding with Operations.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to assess product performance and update BOMs.
• Organize machine trials and handover of packing materials and gather feedback.
• Conduct packing and load tests to ensure quality and suitability.
• Liaise with suppliers for relevant product development activities.
• Support Marketing and Design teams with sample requirements.
• Assist in sample preparation for commercial use.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong coordination, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and results.
