Trip fusion DMC is looking out for Tour Executives! Are you passionate about travel, culture, and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re on the lookout for energetic, people-loving individuals to join our team as Tour Executives!
Who are we?
With our inception in December 2017, we focus on providing you with the best-in-class, in-bound travel solutions as a dynamic group of individuals working towards a collective passion for people and places within the tropical island of Sri Lanka.
What you'll do:
- Design and coordinate exciting tour itineraries
- Assist clients in crafting dream vacations
- Manage bookings, accommodations, and travel logistics
- Offer outstanding customer service every step of the way!
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Loves meeting new people and exploring new places
- Can think on their feet and problem-solve in real time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of local and international destinations
- Fluency in multiple languages
Qualifications:
- Any industry-related qualification is a plus
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
