The Role

• Assist to manage the Talent Acquisition process by publishing adverts, shortlisting CVs and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process of new hires while arranging necessary onboarding materials and induction programmes.
• Maintain and update all employee personal files ensuring all records are accurate, up to date and securely stored.
• Coordinating offboarding process of the departing employees by following up relevant formalities.

The Person

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRM in a similar capacity at a reputed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, or any other equivalent professional qualification.
• Hands on experience in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be below 30 years age.
• Preference will be given to male candidates for this role.
