ASSISTANT MANAGER – HORTICULTURE

Malwatte Valley Plantations PLC is a leading grower, manufacturer, and exporter of Tea, Rubber, and Spices, with an annual turnover of approximately Rs. 9 billion and a workforce of over 7,000 employees. As part of our continued growth in fruit and spice cultivation, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team as Assistant Manager – Horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of horticulture projects, ensuring effective implementation and development in line with company objectives.

Personal Profile:

• A degree or diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Exposure to working with NGOs or voluntary organizations will be a distinct advantage.
• Possession of a motorcycle will be an added benefit.
• Willingness to be based in the Uva Province (accommodation will be provided).
