RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Support the development of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Track, analyse, and report on training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and department heads to align training needs with business goals.
- Manage and update training databases, calendars, and employee participation records.
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments and surveys across departments.
- Ensure all learning and development activities align with compliance and policy standards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute fresh ideas to improve learning outcomes.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Management or PQHRM.
- Certificate/Diploma in Training & Development added advantage.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Training & Development.
- Good presentation & communication skills (Sinhala/English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word & Power Point).
- Good Presentation Skill.
- Analytic & Problem-solving Skill.
