IT EXECUTIVE - HELP DESK
Tamil Speaking
Assure accurate functioning of all the IT Systems, providing required IT and technical support requests by the Head office, branches, and field staff while carrying out required changes, training quality assurance procedures etc. In parallel to the dynamic business changes of Sejaya Micro Credit Limited.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain IT infrastructure of the company to ensure smooth operation of Head office and branches.
- Respond and complete issues and the support requests as per the stipulated timeframe.
- Immediately attend and solve the issues related to Core Banking System (CBS), email, network etc.
- Assure accuracy of the system functionality and document all the testing activities carried out after every change/upgrade.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data, error counts and producing statistical reports where applicable.
- Carrying out Training for all relevant parties on existing systems and new technological changes of the company.
- Handling IT-related documentation, Asset registry, Asset transfers, Quotation handling etc.
- Make self-available to respond to the calls/emails from staff.
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science from a recognized institution
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support & troubleshooting
- Strong LAN/WAN networking skills
- Excellent communication in English & Tamil (Sinhala will be added advantage)
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to work late hours as and when required
