In this role, you are responsible for:
- Process New Hire Paper Works
- Employee Data Management and Reporting
- Engage in the Insurance Claim submission process and up-to-date monitoring of Insurance Claim reimbursement status.
- Analyzing the Training Requirements, developing training schedules, and organizing Training activities to increase Employee Performance to the expected Performance level.
- On-time evaluation of Employee performance for the annual rewards.
Qualifications and experience
- 01 to 02 years Experience in a Similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities
