In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Process New Hire Paper Works
  • Employee Data Management and Reporting
  • Engage in the Insurance Claim submission process and up-to-date monitoring of Insurance Claim reimbursement status.
  • Analyzing the Training Requirements, developing training schedules, and organizing Training activities to increase Employee Performance to the expected Performance level.
  • On-time evaluation of Employee performance for the annual rewards.

Qualifications and experience

  • 01 to 02 years Experience in a Similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities
