Inbound tourism – Trainee Tour Executive (School Leavers) & Tour Executive (Location- Colombo)
The Job Role
- Respond to incoming inquiries accurately & promptly
- Prepare creative itinerary to fulfill travelers’ requirements
- Create costing for each travel request
- Take ownership of every incoming enquiry, follow up and coordinate with internal & external parties
- Make sure the tours are completed smoothly
- Maintain and update the database timely and accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent command in English both written and verbal communication is a must.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in MS Office packages
- Age between 20-30
- A degree / professional qualification in Tourism/ Hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Japanese / Korean/ Chinese/Cantonese /Other Languages will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement
