SALES MANAGER – MARINE DIVISION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development efforts in the marine division.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with marine sector clients including shipping lines, ports, and ship management companies.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure superior customer service and product support.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Prior experience in the marine lubricants sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • A Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing. Mechanical Engineering background would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the marine industry, especially lubricant applications and customer needs.
