JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for campaigns, events, and creative development.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify positioning opportunities.
  • Monitor brand performance and present monthly reports with insights.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan monthly content calendars and optimize based on analytics.
  • Support & execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads), brand activations, and PR events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media.
  • Strong grasp of Sri Lankan consumer culture and digital media trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, and digital metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Sinhala/Tamil is a plus.
  • A proactive, organized, and creative mindset with attention to detail.
