We are now looking for a dynamic and decisive personality for the following vacancy in our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with the spare parts and after-sales department as necessary.
• Record the hotline inquiries, complaints and customer feedback received daily.

REQUIREMENTS

• Age between 22-27 years.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English and Sinhala are mandatory. (Those who studied in English medium are encouraged to apply.)
• Excellent phone etiquette and basic computer literacy.
• Experience in a similar capacity will be a definite advantage.
• Should reside in close proximity (Colombo suburbs).
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
