CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As the Chief Executive Officer you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the Company's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability across all departments. You will work closely with the Top Management to implement relevant strategies to achieve the Company’s set goals, objectives and drive the mission forward.
Work Location: Millaniya
Requirements:
- More than 05 years experience in a similar senior operational role, preferably in the Cosmetics Manufacturing Industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and Marketing. MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including Production, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability of the Company.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on information-based decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
