EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR – TECHNICAL DIVISION

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively maintain liaisons with international bodies where CA Sri Lanka holds full-time memberships, as well as with other local and foreign professional accountancy organisations.
  • Provide coordination assistance for events and meetings hosted by the institute and during representations made by the institute.
  • Active involvement with the procurement division to obtain quotations in relation to printing publications and other event arrangements.
  • Provide operational assistance for physical, hybrid, or virtual events organised by CA Sri Lanka, and also prepare event budgets and final accounts; and manage virtual platforms effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree from a recognised university or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling and coordinating events.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), internet and email.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Ability to handle correspondence independently, such as preparing minutes of meetings, writing reports, and writing business letters.
  • Self-driven, target-orientated, and passionate about achievements, with sound PR and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player.
