Job Description
The person
- Should possess minimum 2 years' experience in gold loan handling
- Be below 40 years of ages and Male / Female candidates are preferable
- Be a presentable and pleasing personality
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Possess good telephone etiquette Skills
- High literacy in IT and MS office packages
- Have basic ability to work with Accounting Software
Responsibilities
- Gold Loan transactions and developing promotional activities to enhance the business.
- Identification and accurate assessment and valuation of gold articles.
- Ensure achieving branch gold lending business objectives.
- Handling of gold loan related documents
- Adherence to laid down policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for gold loan.
