Sales Executive
We seek a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in SaaS and fintech sales. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify potential leads, set strategic meetings for our sales team, and play a critical role in our company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers through multiple channels, including cold calling, email prospecting, and social selling.
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles within the fintech and SaaS ecosystem.
- Qualify inbound leads and perform initial sales conversations to determine product fit.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in sales training and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings and lead generation.
Qualifications
Required
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or a similar sales development role, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred
- Previous experience in fintech SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of financial technology trends and B2B sales cycles.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex product offerings.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools.
