Sales Executive

We seek a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in SaaS and fintech sales. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify potential leads, set strategic meetings for our sales team, and play a critical role in our company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers through multiple channels, including cold calling, email prospecting, and social selling.
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles within the fintech and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Qualify inbound leads and perform initial sales conversations to determine product fit.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in sales training and continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings and lead generation.

Qualifications

Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or a similar sales development role, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in fintech SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology trends and B2B sales cycles.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex product offerings.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools.
