TECHNO COMMERCIAL MANAGER

As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our Measuring Instruments Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and explore new business opportunities and untapped market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to align marketing and sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to drive improvements and optimize growth.

Candidate Profile:

• A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Management is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or market expansion, preferably in the technical or industrial equipment sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Experience in commercial procedure in tender/quotation process would be a distinct advantage.
• Age below 32 years.
