What You'll Do

• Sales & Supplier Coordination:

  Monitor customer orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate with sales representatives and the production team to address any delays or issues.

• Executive Support:

  Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and confidential tasks. Maintain and update daily sales and production schedules.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records in compliance with GMP/ISO standards. Prepare tender documents and other necessary reports.

• Payment Follow-Up:

  Track overdue payments and instruct sales representatives to take appropriate actions for collection. Step in directly when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

• Customer Engagement:

  Visit clients when required, gather feedback, and attend meetings to represent the company professionally.

Who You Are

• Degree, Diploma, or a related professional qualification
• Proven experience in sales coordination and executive support
• Highly organized, articulate, and able to handle confidential tasks with discretion
