QUALITY EXECUTIVE

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology, or Bachelor’s of Science Degree including Chemistry / Biochemistry as main subjects from a recognized university
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, preferably in a QA or food safety role
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and HACCP systems
- Knowledge in Statistical Process Control and ability to analyze quality trends and take corrective actions
- Familiarity with internal audits, corrective actions, and risk-based thinking
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of sensory evaluation and laboratory testing will be an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product release testing according to defined parameters
- Carry out internal audits for Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
- Monitor and enforce 5S practices, GMP, and other quality standards within the plant
- Oversee overall hygiene, quality, safety, and environmental practices in the beverage production area
- Ensure consistent product quality according to specifications and legal/regulatory requirements
- Coordinate root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Familiarizing with all records and documentation related to FSSC 22000 and Quality Management Systems
- Report and investigate quality deviations, coordinate with production teams for timely corrective actions
Note: This is a shift-based position. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as per operational requirements.
