CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE

EMERALD ISLE IS ACTIVELY SEEKING DYNAMIC INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • SERVE AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION.
  • PROACTIVELY ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND OFFER SOLUTIONS.
  • COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO IMPROVE PROCESSES AND SERVICES.
  • GATHER AND ANALYZE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.

What We’re Looking For:

  • GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • A CUSTOMER FIRST MINDSET WITH PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITIES.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A RELATED ROLE IS A PLUS / FRESHERS ARE ALSO WELCOME.
  • CANDIDATES FROM CLOSE PROXIMITY TO MOUNT LAVINIA WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
  • CANDIDATES WITH TAMIL LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED.
