ASSISTANT MANAGER – CUSTOMER CARE
- Lead & support daily customer care
- Develop & execute marketing strategies
- Monitor performance & drive improvements
Requirements:
- 3–4 years in marketing
- Degree in Marketing/Business (preferred)
- CRM & computer skills
- Strong communication
EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER CARE
- Identify leads & maintain client relations
- Conduct market research & follow up with clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years in marketing
- CRM knowledge & computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
