Senior Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

We are on the lookout for a dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated individual with a passion for contributing to the organization's objectives of achieving business growth and delivering excellent customer service to take on duties as Senior Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.
• Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
• Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
• Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.
• Following up on client referrals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales in Freight Forwarding industry.
• Part qualification in CIM, SLIM, or any other relevant marketing qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication & good command of English.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, accompanied by effective communication abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.
