Be the leader who takes us to new culinary heights! We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Director Board, you will oversee executing the Business Strategy, ensuring consistent product quality and service standards. Your role is crucial in enhancing our reputation for excellent customer experiences and surpassing targets. By collaborating with a diverse client portfolio across various locations, you'll help build a client-focused, sustainable, innovative, and profitable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a team of HOD’s to effectively implement strategies and policies, enabling business requirements and growth.
- Develop succession plan for key roles within the business.
- Drive innovation while ensuring sustainability and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to tailor solutions to their needs.
- Drive compliance across the business in all areas e.g. HSE, HR, Finance etc.
- Ensure every activity is purpose-driven with measurable outcomes, aiming to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure management continuously develops, implements, and monitors activities to enhance team development, engagement, and loyalty.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 8 years of Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
- Previous P&L accountability & evidence of commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience in managing a mixed portfolio of multi-site outlets.
- Exemplary track record of leadership, strategic thinking, advocacy, critical analysis and decision making.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to break down complex issues, articulate them clearly to senior stakeholders and work collaboratively to create a focused action plan.
- Have experience of managing teams in the delivery of monthly budgets and quarterly forecasts under tight deadlines.
- Track record of positive client relationships.
- Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
