Customer Service Team Leader (Call Center)

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience (call center or call center associate preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Proven ability in people handling and conducting training programs
  • Willingness and ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules
  • Candidates within the age range of 27 to 30 years are preferred
