.NET Tech Lead/ Associate Tech Lead - Could Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development life cycle — from analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, to support.
• Design and develop large-scale, cloud-based web and database applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, enforcing best practices and coding standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with business users, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies, tools, and techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the maintainability and quality of codebases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Strong architectural skills in designing scalable and secure cloud-based enterprise-level applications.
• Mandatory expertise in:
  • Microsoft Azure/ AWS platform
  • ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core
  • SQL Server, Entity Framework
  • REST APIs, Web API, WCF
  • JavaScript, jQuery and client-side scripting
  • Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of AI-driven application development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
