INQUIRY OFFICERS

Opportunity
- Applications are invited from the Attorney at Law with the following qualifications who are interested in registering for the Disciplinary Inquiry Officers at Lanka Sathosa Ltd.
Qualifications:
- Attorney at Law
- Experience in conducting disciplinary inquiries in large scale organizations
- Should be conversant in conducting inquiries in the Sinhala Language.
- Ability to submit the final inquiry report in both English and Sinhala Language as per the requirement of the organization.
Age:
Preferably below 65 years
- Retired judicial officers such as Magistrate Court, District Court and Labour Tribunal may also apply for the post.
- The panel selected for the above purpose could be acted as Disciplinary Inquiry Officer / Prosecution Officer for the relevant Case.
- Payment for the Disciplinary Inquiries will be made on case wise or as per visits depending on the nature of the case.
