Manager – Continuous Improvement and Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across departments.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction.
- Oversee the creation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement efforts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and the use of best practices.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects and ensure compliance requirements are integrated into all initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations related to continuous improvement and compliance activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of improvement projects, compliance status, and any emerging risks or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, compliance, or quality management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives - Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), Lean, Kaizen, ISO Internal Auditor 9001 / 4001.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CI Tools (RCA, 5S, PDCA, VSM, etc.;)
