Compliance & Process Improvement

The Job Role

  • Ensure the organization complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and audit internal processes for compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Conduct service level surveys with customers.
  • Analyze current business processes using tools like process mapping, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation or improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics before and after improvements to measure impact.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  • Full / Part qualification in Business Management / Analytics Degree or Diploma.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • A minimum of 02-03 years of experience in a reputed Audit firm or corporate sector in similar capacity.
  • Project management skills.
