PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

PERSONAL PROFILE

Plan and execute daily production scheduling and raw material planning.
Design and monitor efficient production layouts to streamline operations.
Supervise production activities and workforce to meet output targets and timelines.
Oversee machine cleaning, sanitation, and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out regularly.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and QA departments for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety protocols, and internal SOPs.
Prepare daily production reports and participate in production review meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards (BRC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) is an advantage.
