Assistant Manager - Compliance

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain EHS, and Food Safety systems with strong on-ground safety focus.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local/international laws and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Drive safety culture and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments for workplace safety.
  • Investigate and document incidents, near misses, and accidents and conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field and Professional Qualification in EHS from a recognized university or institute.
  • 3–5 years experience in integrated management system including ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Knowledge in food safety standards will be an added advantage.
  • Individuals living within 10 km radius from Ekala, Ja ela will have an added advantage.
