Develop and implement training programs on pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, medical science, and regulatory standards.
Assess training needs and conduct evaluations to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure training materials are current and scientifically accurate.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and organize periodic refresher trainings for existing staff.
Train field force and internal teams on product knowledge, scientific literature, pharmacology, and competitor intelligence.
Ensure all training materials and delivery methods comply with relevant industry guidelines and internal policies.
Introduce and manage digital learning tools and e-learning modules to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Track and report on training participation, performance, and development outcomes.
Stay abreast of trends and updates in the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape to keep training content relevant and forward-looking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a training or scientific communication role.
In-depth understanding of therapeutic areas, drug development processes, pharmacology, and medical communication.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify complex scientific data for varied audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
