Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct marketing.
• Conduct market research to understand current trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Organize and conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase properties.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, follow-ups, and negotiating deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and operational metrics.
• Monitor project timelines, handle client escalations, and assist in operational problem-solving.
• Support budgeting, project tracking, and implementation of new operational processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and customer focus.
