We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to strengthen our Credit Administration team. If you’re fluent in Tamil and passionate about credit analysis and responsible lending, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve branch objectives while overseeing all branch performance areas including leasing, loans, fixed deposits, savings, and general administration.
  • Maintain strong credit and recovery management, assess market conditions to identify sales and marketing opportunities, and manage all branch operational and promotional activities efficiently to achieve profitability targets.
  • You will also review monthly management accounts, branch accounts, central bank reports, and bank reconciliations, while approving journal entries, payments, and vouchers.
  • The role includes overseeing tax-related activities, budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and general operational approvals.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7-8 years of experience in finance with at least 3-4 years in a similar capacity
  • Degree or Higher National Diploma in Finance and Accountancy
  • Professional qualification in ACA / ACMA / ACCA
  • AAT passed finalist
